			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While studying Torah one day last spring, sprung whole the idea to write a play about women rabbis.  We were discussing the Passover story and how women contributed to the Exodus.  And though very little was recorded about the women of that time, that didn&#8217;t stop us from speculating what impact they might have had on the events or from reinterpreting the text.  These mostly unknown women of Egypt, whose stories are undocumented, came the notion that we must document the stories of our first, second and now third generation female rabbis. And that&#8217;s what we are doing.</p>
